  • Arrival Procedures
    Terminal 1:
    The driver will meet you in the baggage claim area by the carousel holding a sign with your last name on it. If you do not see your driver, proceed to Door 9 where a Bell Trans staff member will assist you in locating your driver.
    Terminal 2:
    The driver will meet you in the baggage claim area by the carousel holding a sign with your last name on it. If you do not see your driver, proceed to the Bell Trans desk located at the baggage claim area by the south door. If an attendant is unavailable, please request for assistance from the main terminal using the phone provided.
    Terminal 3:
    Passengers on domestic flights arriving into Terminal 3 should check in at the Bell Trans desk located next to Door 2 while international airline passengers should proceed to Door 7. Should you have difficulties locating your driver, please proceed outside Door 52 in Terminal 3 where a Bell Trans staff will assist you.
    Customs:
    The driver will meet you outside the main entrance of customs holding a sign with your last name on it. If you do not see your driver, please proceed down the sidewalk to the north to the charter terminal. Inside the first door on the left, there will be a Bell Trans podium. If an attendant is unavailable, please request for assistance from the main terminal using the phone provided.
    The driver will wait for a maximum of one hour after your flight has landed before tagging the passenger as a no-show.
    In case you are having problems looking for the driver, please contact the number listed on your voucher.

Please be ready outside your hotel at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time as directed by the hotel personnel. Due to traffic conditions, please wait 10 to 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time for the shuttle to arrive.
